Littlefield Law concentrates on representing those who have been wronged. We strive to “even the playing field” and help those who are in need. Littlefield Law was founded by Brandon Littlefield. During Law School, Mr. Littlefield sought out real world legal experience which would help him later in his legal career. He worked Pro-Bono at the Disability Rights Legal Center and was chosen to be a Summer Associate at a pre-imminent toxic tort law firm. Next, he was fortunate enough to be chosen as a judicial extern. During his externship, Mr. Littlefield learned the Courtroom from the Judge’s perspective. He assisted in drafting decisions and was exposed to numerous trials and lawyers’ styles from which he learned what techniques worked and what did not. In his last semester of law school, he was an extern for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Labor Equity and Performance Division.
After becoming an attorney, Mr. Littlefield’s first job was at a very busy, highly regarded, Century City law firm. The law firm had a diverse practice, and Mr. Littlefield was involved personal injury and business litigation matters. The firm represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He assisted in multiple trials and settlements ranging from five figures to mid seven figures. Mr. Littlefield is known by his peers to fight vigorously for his clients. It was his passion for helping aggrieved persons that led him to opening Littlefield Law.
Shortly after opening Littlefield Law, Mr. Littlefield was appointed to conduct workplace investigations alleging harassment, discrimination and retaliation for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Human Resources Department. While he enjoyed his time working at the Court, Mr. Littlefield really wanted to get back to his true passion, representing employees. Employee rights is Littlefield Law’s main focus. Littlefield Law has proudly served thousands of employees across numerous sectors. Mr. Littlefield strives to even the playing field for employees. Many employers hire expensive nation-wide defense firms, and Mr. Littlefield prides himself on providing employees with the same level of competence and attention that sometimes only large employers can afford.
Littlefield Law has expanded its offerings, keeping the individual at the heart of everything we do. These new practice areas are based on needs we see in the community that are not being met.
